SHIPPING & HANDLING Usually takes 2-5 business days for items to be shipped. All orders are sent via AusPost Australia wide only. Due to covid, delays may occur. Your patience is much appreciated. AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING All shipping comes with tracking. FREE LOCAL DELIVERY Offered only if located in Georges River Council of NSW. PACKING MATERIALS In keeping my small business environmentally friendly, I endeavour to use as much recycled packaging as possible. Many boxes and wrapping paper from friends and family are collected prior to purchasing any new packing materials. BREAKAGES & RETURNS Your pieces are packed with as much care and protection, but if you do receive an item and it is received in a damaged state, please contact me as soon as possible with an image so either a replacement or refund may be issued. Exchanges or refunds are not provided for change of mind. CARING FOR YOUR ITEMS All my pottery items are food & microwave friendly. To prolong their life, I recommend carefully hand washing. Pottery is fragile, so please handle with care so you can enjoy them for a long time!
